Shaking merrily, the camera attempts to focus on a slightly older boy dragging a manhole cover off a sewer entrance. It screams against the asphalt, and the small throng handling Stan starts to drag him over. He's pale and keeps his mouth shut, doesn't fight until it's clear where he's going.

Stan struggles then, to loud jeering and scuffling, but it's not enough, it's not enough, and suddenly he's gone.

In case you couldn't hear it, that was a splash--

Quiet enough to head birds in the distance, camera focus on the vague opening in the street, and then screaming.

He's losing his shit, guys, he's--

Asphalt and the pounding of feet before the camera's shoved partway down the hole, catching an indistinct figure as it clutches the wall, scrabbling, the screaming, racuous laughter from above.
